Meeting Samantha and See where to get her!!

Meet Samantha and find out where she is going!!

I am happy to announce that I am all done with Samantha and she is on to the United Arc’s Auction and Gala. She will be Auctioned off to help raise money for the United Arc in my local area (Western MA). I was honored to be able to give back to a program that has help my middle son and daughter so much such as our YMCA membership for swimming, siblings camp, social events, and more.

Samantha is a 13 inch rag doll, she is pink with white spots, pink flower legs and brown feet. She has blue eyes, brown hair, and a small bow in her hair. Her dress is yellow with flowers, white bloomers, and a green spotted apron with pin tucks. I did add a small bow to her hair, which I love. As usual I enjoyed making her like all my dolls, I think she turned out prefect. I know it sounds funny but I am never sure about how they will look until they are all done. Lots of times it doesn’t look okay until they are all finished. But that is just the artist in me or perfectionist?!?! Anyone else have this problem??

What is the United Arc you ask?

The United Arc is a program that is Committed to ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have full access to systems and opportunities that uphold rights, enhance growth and well being, offer choice and promote full inclusion in society (this is quoted from the United Arc website). Stop by their website and see all the services they provide and more information about the program itself. They do such as great job get those who need help getting out in the community, getting jobs, and access to services they other wise would not know about or how to get. You can also follow them on Facebook and Twitter for more daily updates and to see all the smile on everyone’s face like this one (my son).

If you are unable to go to the Gala or the Auction on September 23, 2017, you can still donate on the website. Thanks so much for reading and stopping by their website.
