We at Analina Rag Dolls Sewing Boutique make all the items will sell. Each item is processed through the owners hands and shipped personally by us. Many of our items take a great deal of time to make and insured to by well made and durable.

All customer inquires are handled personal by one the two owners. Feel free to contract us at anytime for any reason, no question is too small. Please note it may take up to 48 hours to answer an email. For a faster response messaging me on Facebook is the best.

Photo Disclaimer

All photo are taken by Analina Rag Dolls and can not be used as your own. You are allowed to share our work as long as credit is given. Please also understand that due to computer/cell phone brightness may vary, the color of the product you received may differ slightly from the photo. We do try to make sure all photos are taken in the best lighting to ensure clear photos.

Safety Disclaimer

Most of our dolls/stuffed animals are baby safe with no buttons and minimal small snaps for closures. If there are buttons on an item you can ask us to remove the buttons at no charge.

Washing Disclaimer

Our dolls and most stuffed animals are washable but they MUST be in a laundry bag or pillow case and dry in a well ventilated area. We are not responsible for items damaged in the laundry unless directions are followed and pictures are sent to verify. Yes, we are able to tell how an item is damaged. We have kid tested and washed all items personally. Also note the that damaged items will only be fixed or replaced.

Mermaid Tale Blankets are washable in cold water and can be hang dry or tumbled dry on low heat.
