SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy is the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost, unless other wise stated. We ship all orders out within 2 days of payments. If you order more than one thing we do combined shipping cost. Please keep in mind shipping cost are high and we do not control the rates but we do try hard to keep those cost down. We are low waste business which means your items will be shipped in a recycled packaging in order to reduce waste and keep cost down for you. One finally note, if you need an item by a certain time please ask before purchasing or at least give it a 5-10 to process, package, and shipping time (especially during holiday seasons).
Final Note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you are having a problem message us so we can tell you where to process a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return or exchange policy is strict and is taken on a one a individual basis. We do offer mending and/or fixing for any of our item but you are responsible for the shipping. I will say, under normal use our items last a long long time. If you have any questions or need any help just ask, we personally read all messages.
Custom Order policy is all custom orders need at least 50% down to start and the rest of the payment to ship the item. The down payment is non refundable and means you have agreed to all the details on the invoice. Again if you need a custom order please be aware of the when you need the item by. Plan on your item taking up to 4 weeks to finish, with small items take much less time.
