14 Great Scrap Fabric Projects

I have a huge collection of scrap fabric because I hate throwing fabric away at all. This post will be a collection of some scrap projects that I can’t wait to make or have made already. I am also open to receiving your scraps no matter big or small (I am joking, not!). For some reason I feel like it’s one of my missions to save all the fabric from the trash, LOL. I am sure you already know this about me, if you have read any of my other blog posts.

With that said I will start listing 14 scrap fabric projects (not in any order):

1 – Pin Cushion like this Triangular Log Cabin Pin Cushion. You can click on the photo to pin the original pin.

2 – Dress Form Mannequin Pin Cushion, I think these would make a great decoration for a craft or sewing room.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3 – Scrap Fabric price or gift tags, these use every little bit of fabric and recycled board.

4 – This great Scrappy Scarf by Foxs Lane. Another great use it all project, I think you could also use this idea to make other ideas like tags, key chains, or maybe a doll?!?!

5 – Fabric stuffed Chicken, this can be made with almost any kind of fabric (like fur in the photo).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6 – Scrappy Binding Tutorial for your Quilt!! I love the look of this and may also use it for bias tape on clothes.

7 – Large Fabric Pom Pom, these are great backpacks, purses, and anything else you want to jazz up.

 

 

 

8 – Scented Sachets, which you could make bigger and add rice to make hand warmers.

 

 

 

 

9 – Fabric Balls, Not really sure what these are for but my cats would love them.

11 – These are super cute but it is linked to only a photo, no directions but I am sure they are easy to figure out.

13 – Fabric Resin Serving Tray, I love the colors in this fabric!!
